Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment is here! We are excited to embark on the 2024 Open Enrollment journey with Benetech, aiming for a seamless process. Below, we've included important information.
Highlights of Open Enrollment:
- Open Enrollment Dates: May 20, 2024 – June 15, 2024
- Enrollment Process: Passive for Active & retired members in the Aetna commercial plan. If you have no changes to make, no action is required. However, if changes are needed, please use the attached Enrollment Form and submit it to your DBR. DBRs will review/approve and submit to Benetech.
- Annual Working Spouse Rule Certification: Even if no changes are being made but you want primary coverage for your spouse, completion of the WSR certification process is mandatory.
- Confirmation: Your enrollment is not finalized/complete until you receive confirmation from Benetech.
