Open enrollment will be going live on or after 5/20/2024. Until then, for changes due to qualifying events, please use paper enrollment forms provided by your district. This allows the Benetech team time to transition to their technology solutions. 

How to Submit manual changes due to qualifying events:

  • Mail all enrollment changes and the required verification paperwork (dependent and working spouse rule) directly to Benetech at: Benetech, Inc., PO BOX 348, Wynantskill, NY 12198. 
  • You may also fax this information to (518) 283-2393.
  • Access Benetech's Help Center - create a ticket, and Benetech will provide instructions on how to submit required information electronically
